DCT Industrial Trust Leases 250,000 Square Feet of Nashville Development
DENVER, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — DCT Industrial Trust Inc. (NYSE: DCT), a leading industrial real estate investment trust, today announced that it has leased approximately 250,000 square feet of a recently completed development property in Nashville, Tenn. to B&G Foods, Inc.
Logistics Way is a 570,000 square foot state-of-the-art bulk distribution building in the Southeast/Interchange City submarket of Nashville that was developed through a joint venture between DCT Industrial and Logistics Way Investors, LLC. B&G Foods, Inc. manufactures and sells a wide range of high-quality, shelf-stable foods, and plans to use the facility to store and distribute its products.
Greg Theile, Vice President of Distribution for B&G Foods, Inc., commented, “Logistics Way offers us an ideal location along Nashville’s primary distribution corridor, which will enable us to efficiently distribute our products throughout the U.S.”
