Residential Real Estate Summit Comes to Memphis

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – March 12, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® and Shelby County Trustee David Lenoir have partnered to present the Residential Real Estate Summit on Tuesday, April 2, at the Michael D. Rose Theatre on the campus of the University of Memphis.

National Association of REALTORS® Chief Economist Lawrence Yun will be the featured speaker. Dr. Yun, who is also Senior Vice President of Research at NAR, provides commentary on real estate market trends for 1 million REALTOR® members. Dr. Yun creates NAR’s forecasts and participates in many economic forecasting panels, including Blue Chip and the Harvard University Industrial Economist Council. He appears regularly on financial news outlets and has testified before Congress.

The program begins at 8:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast and networking time. The Rose Theatre is located at 470 University, adjacent to Memorial Field and the Student Plaza.
