Company growth has Cornerstone transitioning into a new office at the beginning of the year.
Nashville, TN – December 15, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate Services, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member, is starting the New Year in a new office. Due to the expansion of the firm, Cornerstone will be moving from their Grassmere location to an office in Maryland Farms.
With every New Year, comes new possibilities and with every new home, comes fresh excitement and anticipation. Cornerstone is continually growing with new hires, new brokers and with the consolidation of Q10 Vista Mortgage; the firm needed larger space to accommodate.

Cornerstone was recently awarded the exclusive leasing for oneC1TY, a planned 1.2 million square feet urban healthcare development, which Health Care REIT, Inc is a partner in. oneC1TY is a multi-building, mixed used development catering to the healthcare, life sciences and technology sectors of the global economy.
