Hixson, TNDDRS is pleased to announce the purchase of Gadd Crossing, a single-story retail center located in Hixson, Tennessee, a northern suburb of Chattanooga. Situated at 5510 Highway 153, this 74,000 square-foot retail center is part of a vast retail hub that runs along the highway and offers strong visibility, as well as convenient access.

Gadd Crossing is home to numerous strong national and local retail tenants, Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy and PetSmart. Renovated in 2005-2006, the retail center has sub-occupancy of 95.89% and benefits from the heavily populated region that is also experiencing vast residential development.
